The conversion rate in selling to your traffic is pretty low. It only gets worse when you’re trying to close.
People generally don’t like being sold to.
People generally can see a needy sales person a mile away.

Just having to drive to someone’s house and give a house party to people who have zero interest would surely put a huge dent in your available time to speak with qualified leads that day.
